So, what exactly is it?

"Music for Sculptures" is a soundtrack for installations by Dmitryi Titov.
He himself calls his works "material paintings" or "object paintings".
Those are large (20 m. wide the largest) installations made of wood, metal,
cogs, canvas, whatnot.

Most of the pieces are short, 10 seconds to 1.5 minutes. Each piece is a
soundtrack to a painting.

The original album was composed on several software synthesisers in 96-KHz,
32-bit resolution.

Downsized and quantised photo files (limited to 128 colours) are included with the
soundtrack; with a player like Foobar2000 (Windows), these can be shown in a
slideshow of sorts.

Foobar2000 can be downloaded at http://www.foobar2000.org
